Shane started the business with a targeted list of companies that were looking for training services that TRAINETasia provided. She then made cold calls to the country managers, human resource managers, sales directors, executives in that list and that was how we got started.

We have since grown our list of clientele to many multinational companies and small medium enterprises (SMEs). We are established in serving pharmaceutical companies in Asia and we are sought after for our sales program because of our expertise in integrating results generating sales techniques with the strength of our client’s core products and services.Today, Shane still does her ‘cold calls’ but to her it is targeted calling.
