This is an amazing story of grit, determination and passion that makes Lita Cabellut (one of Spain’s most successful artists) the artist that she is today. She started off as street child roaming the streets of Barcelona and slept in the open air. Yet today her vivid portraits can sell for $100,000 (£70,000) or more.
Her journey is inspiring because it teaches us to follow our path, to be relentless in refining our skills and finally to be daring to put financial considerations only as the result of one’s work.
She inspires me to continue to become exceptional in my work and in doing so know that i don’t have to be the starving artist.
I hope she does the same for you.
